It's a challenge for Australia to set fresh records.

The greatest achievements have already been conquered.

This is the team that has claimed seven Cricket World Cups, plus another six T20 titles, and earlier maintained over three years unbeaten in 50-over cricket.

The alternative records, the ones sought by the peak baggers, are the only things left for a side that has achieved everything.

It needed as late as Sunday's success by three wickets over India for them to complete their first ODI chase above 300, reclaiming their record for the largest in women's cricket's 50-over format, is, honestly, a compliment to the bowlers that have worn canary yellow over the last half-century.

It is hard for their batters to hold a record if not provided the possibility.

Finally, the result of Australia conceding 330 was skipper Alyssa Healy getting an opportunity to create her most recent brilliance.

She was challenged by India's rising star Kranti Gaud in the previous month's ODI series, out to the emerging pace bowler in all three matches, but on this occasion it simply offered Healy's motivation.

"A chance to play and lock in a contest with her and simply enjoy myself in that regard, somewhat inspired me," stated Healy.

These statements will be the final thing Australia's opponents at this World Cup want to hear.

Over the past five days a sense they will succeed regardless of circumstances has become more firm - this triumph coming after success over Pakistan by 107-run victory despite sitting at 76-7 at one stage.

Subsequently Australia meet Bangladesh before an encounter with traditional opponents England in Indore in ten days, by which point a semi-final place may probably be guaranteed.
